The legend reborn
Soft sounding dream synth. This is pure analog.
The sound:
I own a prophet REV2 16 voice and now this.
I have come to the conclusion that the REV2 is more suited to my music taste (deep, tech house, trance and techno style) I always end up getting better lead sounds from that machine.
BUT
this one adds the magic to a song. The mojo machine! it is more alive than the REV2 and always makes me smile :)
The build quality:
Second to none. I am VERY good at (in my opinion) at spotting good or bad quality.
the only complaints I got about this one is that the prophet 6 badge is 0,5-1mm tilted. (sticker) and that due to the hinge-design to "pop the hood" makes the cabinet not really as sturdy as the REV2 which is built "in one piece". But this design makes it more easy to access the inside, and speaking about the inside, the circuit board design is stellar.
so I guess it is very good built. It feels like a real instrument.
