This was my first non-Paiste cymbal. Love the explosiveness and the character of this splash and it compliments the brilliance of my other cymbals perfectly! It is a bit too short in sustain compared to my Paiste Signature splashes but this is not a negative, just a different accent option. It also looks very cool!

What I love about this splash is it sounds a tad bit like a Chinese cymbal. It cuts through so well during my set that sometimes in rehearsal I'll only set up this splash as its loud but has an almost instant decay.

As expected for HHX Sabian Brilliant Finish
Just as expected - fits nicely within the cymbal range I have of 16, 17 and 18 inch HHX Evolution crash cymbals and 20 inch evolution Ride - lovely addition.

Excellent
Fantastic splash cymbal. Cuts through without being particularly harsh. It is nice and washy for a small cymbal.
