Millenium 14" Sound Control Ring Snare

I have tried some more expensive ring type sound cotrol, and some of these. These are slightly more slippery and thinner, but I haven't noticed why it would be worse/better.

The only problem with all the rings I've noticed is, if you accidentally make a sharp bend with them, it's really hard to get the wrinkle out!

After testing some gel type solutions, I personally prefer gel type sound control, but if a ring control type is your thing, this works just as well as others of the type I've tried.

This control ring does the job for a cheap prise. I usually use two of these on my snare drum.

When ordering new set of drum heads I ordered this just out of curiosity (and because it was so cheap...) to test if it has any effect on the snare tone. Was I surprised?
Yes! Without the sound control ring my Pearl snare drum has a metallic "tin can" sound which I don't like at all. With sound control ring the annoying high frequency tone is gone and my snare sounds just great!

Tekee työnsä ja tasapainottaa soundia. Helpompi käyttää kuin teipit tai moongelit, eikä myöskään jätä jälkiä. Ainoa pieni miinus oli se, että oli vääntynyt hieman lähetyksessä, josta johtuneesta rypystä tuli pientä esteettistä haittaa, mutta tähän hintaan todella hyvä ja käytännössä ikuinen käyttöiältään.

Ei kannata alkaa tähän hintaan askartelemaan vanhasta kalvosta demppirinkulaa. Tämä toimii paremmin kuin DIY-versio!

Nähtyäni tämän läpinäkyvän rinkulan vaikutti ensin hieman liian ohuelta, että hoitaisi homman, mutta testailun jälkeen kuulosti kyllä hyvältä. Ainoa ongelma oli mielestäni siinä, että tuote oli pakattu kahteen kertaan taitettuna ja taitoksia on vaikea suoristaa kunnolla. Hintakin on niin alhainen, että kannattaa kokeilla.

Edullinen ja tarpeellinen. Taittuu helposti mistä miinusta. suosittelen kuitenkin
