Gravity MA Variarm L 38

As advertised this arm is extremely versatile and when locked both the clamp and the arm become nearly unmovable.
I tried tapping on the arm with my microphone mounted on it and the microphone picked up minimal noise.

Very versatile and of high quality.
Perhaps more important, it is the only compact solution I have found in order to mount the BIG and HEAVY Rode NT2-A on to my desk (on a K&M 20001 tube using a Gravity mic table clamp).

Wow. This thing is useful. I used it to mic an acoustic guitar live. I used to shoot a video with my camera on a mic stand. I used it to record a piano, and I've only had it a few weeks. Interesting design. When you loosen the knob the whole things falls like a puppet without strings. Then just find the position you and want and tighten the knob and it stay right there suspended in whatever shape you want. Super flexible and useful.

What can you say. This is just a lifesaver in so much situations. Holding Mic's on guitar cabs, So easy to use on drums for holding the snare top & bottom mic from the HiHat stand, the HiHat mic. Holding tablets (extra holder required) on Mic Stands. The options are endless

small, sturdy, very portable, finally a tripod accessory that's worth the money

Bought this to attach a hi-hat mic directly to the hi-hat stand. My studio is small so space is limited and normal mic stands take up too much space. This it the perfect size and is very stable. It also allows the drummer to re-position the drums if needed without me needing to adjust the microphone placement.
