great quality great sound
came across the black version of these in practice studio and decided to try them.. very pleased with sound. Good alternative to remo and evans.

excellent drum head
like i said, this drum head is really one of the best i've ever played.
it is two ply head, but very live sounding, very musical...
it sits on the tom nicely, easy to tune, and the coating is perfect, long lasting, and stay clean for the long time. not like remo.
i would buy it again.

Response 2 Coated
The Response 2 coated drumhead works best for styles like funk, R&B and Rock, and is much more durable because its a thicker two ply drum head. It also works good for lower tuning.

Great for dry snare
I use it on my black beauty and it's perfect for a powerful snare with few resonance. Recommend
