-Speaking as a non-professional who just wants to try out all kinds of instruments.

I wanted to try a Duduk for a very long time, And this one did not disappoint! I love everything about it.

It feels very well designed and comfortable to play. Wind instruments aren't my strong area, adding this being my first double-reeded instrument, I was surprised I didn't have too much trouble getting a quite decent tone out of it. As far as my skills allow it to shine, it sounds amazing.

There is a very short manual included, with very basic playing and maintenance instructions, a fingering chart and some recommended lesson books.

This Duduk is easily among the favourites of my collection.

Used or Damaged Reed

The duduk itself sounds great and feels high quality. However, I can’t say the same about the reed. It’s soft, so it’s fairly easy to play, but by the look of it, it’s either been used or wasn’t stored properly. I played it only a few times last week, and one of the “stickers” on the side started coming off.
