Works well, looks good, is gentle to your guitar, what more do you want.
The obvious downside of this thing is that you can't easily clip it onto your headstock like a trigger capo. Since I only play at home, I just have it laying on my desk when I'm not using it. Fits my acoustic and electric, doesn't fit the classical, as you'd expect. I also doubt this would work with a seven- or more string guitar. But for my uses, I'm absolutely happy and it feels a good bit more premium than a cheapo plastic clothespin on your guitar. It's very small so it never restricted my movement. Hardly even noticed it's there.

Classic, quality capo; highly recommended
The Shubb C1 works very well and is easy to adjust and fit. Strings stay in tune when it is applied. The rubber section on the clamp at the back is soft enough to be kind to your guitar’s neck. One of my acoustic guitars is an Ibanez with a pronounced V-profile to the neck and I find this capo to be stable on this as well as other less curved necks. I already own and regularly use a similar Shubb capo in brass so this is my second C1 capo, in black this time to suit the aesthetics of my Ibanez. I’d recommend this capo without hesitation.
Delivery from Thomann is faultless and the customer service I have received has been exemplary. Thank you.

it's a shubb capo, there's pretty much nothing else you need to know apart from that apart from that it looks amazing in black!
Works as intended, love it :)

't Is een Shubb!
De titel zegt alles ;)
Perfect afgewerkt, perfect af te stellen op de hals van de gitaar, doet perfect wat hij moet doen, gitaar klinkt perfect.
Het enige "minpuntje" is misschien dat je hem (door de aard van de constructie) niet op de kop van je gitaar kan vastklemmen als je hem niet gebruikt. Maar dat is een kwestie van wennen (en hem binnen handbereik te houden op het podium).
Niet goedkoop maar zijn geld waard.

Good capo
very well made capo on this type. unfortunality found that its used for electrical or steel guitar not for classical of flamenco guitars.

What's good enough for the BOSS is good enough for me.
Light weight, unobtrusive, strong and reliable. Springsteen's goto capo I believe

Does exactly what I need
It's a great adjustable capo that is also small so there isn't alot of metal poking out the back getting in the way of my hand while prlaying.
