Very good choice for a Steinberger

I got this to carry my Hohner G3T (essentially a wood Steinberger paddle) on flights for international tours. To stand the best chance of the flight crew being helpful you first should be polite and respectful, but second carry the smallest possible guitar. The Ritter Bern helps. It is a snug fit for the Hohner, with no extra room. It's quite slim, so that helps when getting permission to put the guitar in a coat closet.

Being so tight means it doesn't have a lot of padding, but the padding it has is dense, while the fabric on the outside is very tough. The straps and zipper seem to be good quality, but the two pockets could be eliminated, as when the guitar is in the bag you can't put anything thicker than a magazine in either.

It's nowhere near as protective as a Mono, Reunion Blues, or Contego but I got this for two purposes: be small enough to always be welcome on a plane, and to be just protective enough to survive in a coat closet or overhead bin on that plane. It does those two things well.
