For sports as well!

While this may be geared towards the wind instrument players, I was looking for something to improve my breathing capacity while doing sport (CrossFit, running, etc.) I am quite happy with the results so far and found myself not gasping for air so quickly when doing workouts. For lung endurance (musically or sports), I would definitely recommend giving it a try!

Dieses Produkt eignet sich super zum Erlernen und zur Kräftigung der Stütze, die für Blasinstrumente benötigt wird . Siehe auch die aktuelle Studie der Universität von Colorado über die weiteren gesundheitlichen Vorteile von regelmäßigen Übungen mit Atemtrainern. Im Verhältnis zu den elektronischen Alternativprodukten mit Kosten von rund 400,00 € mit LED Anzeige ist dies eine supergünstige "analoge" ;-) Alternative mit gleichem Nutzen.
