This is a great way to play slide guitar.

I play guitar and sing in a three-piece rock band, and need to use slide occasionally in various songs - often with guitars in standard tuning. The normal bars and bottle necks make it harder to play normal guitar parts, and are best used in open tunings. When singing, it's harder to change from a standard slide.
Whereas the Jetslide can be used quickly, and when not in use allows all fingers to be used normally. It's also more like a steel guitar bar than a tube, so it's thicker and to my ear, makes a fuller sound.
It's also easily adjusted for ring size. I found it needs to be slightly loose.
No drawbacks in my experience.

Can't get it to work properly

I liked the concept to have a slide that can be used on and off, on the fly. Maybe I am not using it well (and maybe it's slightly too large for my finger), but I find it difficult to turn from non slide to slide (while the contrary is easier), and the tone is weak, ok but I get much better tone from heavier dedicated slides.
Pro: nice concept
Cons: not easy to change on the fly, weak tone

It takes a while to get used to have it on your fingers while playing but once you get the feel to it and practice a couple times works really well. But if you are a full time slider that loves to play Derek Trucks songs... better buy a proper one.
