decent every day strings
Probably not best strings for recording unless out from the box, but they are perfect for long practice hours. The 80/20 are good !

I love these strings
I've been using elixir strings throughout my guitar playing journey and have never had a reason to swap
I've tried other brands but no other brand of strings were as bright, durable, or lasted me as long as elixirs have.
I love elixir strings for their bright sound and durability and do not think I will even consider trying anything new for quite a while

The only ones I use
After trying out a plethora of brands I ended up with those for my acoustic guitar, they sound warm and full, the dont rot away in a few weeks and the dont screech so easily to the finger because of the coat

Must have
The Elixir Nanoweb Light Acoustic strings are an absolute must-have for acoustic guitar players. Their Nanoweb coating not only extends their lifespan significantly but also maintains a consistently bright and lively tone. The light gauge offers a comfortable playing experience without sacrificing tone quality. Whether you're a casual strummer or a seasoned performer, these strings deliver exceptional performance and value. I highly recommend these strings for any acoustic guitar enthusiast.

These strings sound great when they're brand new. They also last long enough. It's been three months since I last changed the strings and they still sound OK although they're slightly worn out.

Not for everyone, but brilliant for me
I know not everybody has issues with regular strings, and I know not everybody likes the sound of coated strings or the feel of coated strings, but for me, these are a life-saver (or rather, a moneysaver!). I first tried elixirs when they were brand new around 2004 and I haven't used anything since, when given a choice. I have several electrics and 2 acoustics (Taylor 214 and Gibson Dove) and all have elixir nano webs. Something about my sweat means ernie balls and D'addarios last no more than a few hours before starting to go black, and they feel "draggy" compared with the slippy-slidy elixirs. I can easily get 3 months out of a set if gigging weekly, or longer if it's not one of my main guitars. I won't use anything else.

Long Lasting indeed
As I mentioned in another product's review, I put a set of these on my mom's acoustic. She's been lazy to change them and still plays the acoustic semi-regularly, after I played it myself for a long time. The strings still hold and although they're not sounding quite as amazingly, they're not half bad.
When you get a new set of these in, they'll feel really comfortable and they'll sound rich and full. Also, and again, they'll last you a while. I imagine they're great for playing live, as they are quite durable. I would argue that you can keep a set of these up to 6 months sounding quite good, and certainly longer if you're on a budget (or lazy :D ).

Used on a dreadnought
I have a Cort dreadnought with a little dark sound and I switched to bronze strings and I hear a big improvement in the sound. They emphasize the character of the instrument and it sounds less fuller but more bright and focused. For my D style acoustic fits perfectly and I will stay with these strings from now on.

Fantastic
Feel tension brightness playability. All outstanding with these strings, can shred jazz or finger pick chords and they all sound great on my Taylor 414 and 814!
