Good for coms

The headphones are comfortable to wear and well built. As for sound quality they lack in the lows and low mids, but for coms this can be an advantage as it removes a bit from the muddiness that comes from having the mic very close to the mouth.

The mic is cardioid so it rejects unwanted noise, but it's a bit hard to figure out which side of the mic is the correct one, from what I noticed it's the one with a little bump on the mic arm. The mic is a bit noisy, but not to a level that fatigues your ears after use.

The connectors for the mic and headphones are separated into an XLR and TRS and that comes in handy when connecting to professional gear, as opposed to am TRRS connector.

Overall they are good headphones for coms, but I wouldn't use them for mixing or listening to music.

Sunt niste casti de buget, chinezesti, lucrate in stilul specific chinezesc necotrolat, dar destul de rezistente, am achizitionat mai multe bucati si de aproape 9 uluni utilizate in cel mai agresiv mod, aproape in fiecare zi, aruncate trantite inca mai rezista, la felul cum sunt lucrate(mai ieftin nu se poate) m-au uimit de fiabilitatea lor si voi mai cumpara.
ATENTIE de unde le cumparati, eu am luat cred ca 20 bcati de pe tohmann si au fost ok, dar am luat si din alte magazine unde din 10 bucati au functionat doar 3.

Bought these a while ago. They come in a handy protective case, which has kept them in good condition so far. They do exactly what they should and are comfortable to wear for long periods.
Perfect! and great value.
The item was delivered very rapidly too.

Great item if it fills your niche

If you need a headset with a dynamic microphone that has an XLR connector output while still taking a 1/4" TRS for input, this product was by far the cheapest way to do it for a long time. It now has competition from the Behringer HLC 660M which I have not personally tried yet but would be inclined to use over this based on positive experience with other Behringer products.

About the headset itself, it definitely feels it's price. It's not the most comfortable headset you can buy, but that seems to be fairly common even amongst much more expensive broadcast headsets. The sound quality from the headset and microphone are also very solid for the money. It even comes with a hard shell case to protect the unit in transportation.

The only significant downside to this headset is the loud crinkling sound that comes through the mic if you have to reposition it during use. This is a problem for my specific use case, but I think most people won't run into this issue on a regular basis - the microphone does stay where you put it.
