i have to say i thought it was too good to be true, a set of congas with gig bags and stands for 145 euro, and it was.
the millenium mc890nt's are not and never will be a drummers favorite set of drums, they dont sound the best perhaps as the skin (plastic) is very thick and a little unresponsive to the touch, the stands are not the most stable and the drum has been known to tilt and almost fall over before today.
having said all that the congas themselves arnt too bad, they look good are fairly well made and i'm sure with thinner skins they would play a lot better.
the gig bags are also handy because these drums would be mainly sat in them collecting dust.
not the end of the world but expected a little more.

Habe mir das Millenium Percussion Paket für den Percussion-Musikunterricht sowie für Rhythmikkurse zugelegt wozu auch dieses Congaset gehört.

Bin damit mehr als zufrieden. Die Congas sind sehr gut verarbeitet, praktisch unverwüstlich. Die Felle sind zwar nix besonderes aber im Gesamtklang zufriedenstellend. Man kann ja, wenn man mit den Fellen nicht zufrieden ist, diese austauschen z. B. in echte Felle. Auch meine Schüler sind davon begeistert und haben sich dieses Congaset zum Üben zugelegt.

Was mir besonders gut gefällt sind die Standbeine. Die Congas sind schnell auf- und wieder abgestellt. Dank der Gummibeschichtung, der an den Congas anliegenden Teile gibt´s keinerlei Probleme mit Kratzern o. ä. . Somit lassen sich die Congas auch schnell und ohne Probleme mal einpacken, zum Auftrittsort transportieren, auf- und abbauen und zu Hause wieder aufstellen.

Die Congas werden in 2 großen, passenden stabilen (!) Kartons geliefert. Die Congas "sitzen" darin wie angegossen - ich benutze diese Kartons zum transportieren.

Auch der mitgelierte Stimmschlüssel beeindruckt - egal wie weit die Felle schon gespannt sind (und die Schraube durch die Mutter gezogen wurde) ist der "Zugriff" auf die Muttern schnell und unkompliziert.

Alles in allem Preis/Leistung 1a! Kann dieses Congaset nur weiterempfehlen!
