Straight forward bias adjustment response with clear definition. Could not recommend a better product. Not worthwhile going for cheaper alternatives.

Bought to go with a 15ips ReVox B77.

Previous (r2r) owner decided to sell up because they couldn't get a decent sound from their vintage tapes, not noticing that they were shedding like mad and gumming up tape mechanism.

First on the list after I bought the R2R was some cleaning fluid and new tapes: very relieved to see ATR are making these. I've re-biased as best to my knowledge, and have been incredibly pleased with the results.

Thoroughly recommended and will be buying again.
