Wie MKH 800 twin und C414 nur besser

Das Mikrofon klingt ziemlich neutral mit einer leichten (angenehmen) Färbung.
Der Seitenfrequenzgang ist leider nicht sehr linear selbst bei der Richtcharakteristik Acht, aber welches Mikrofon ist das schon...

Die Möglichkeit beide Kapseln des OC818 gleichzeitig aufzunehmen ist ziemlich mächtig.
Das einzige andere Mikrofon welches das kann ist das Sennheiser MKH 800 twin was dreimal so viel kostet.
Es ermöglicht die Richtcharakteristik im Nachhinein FREQUENZABHÄNGIG zu verändern.
So kann das Hauptsystem noch nach der Aufnahme an Probleme der Räumlichkeit angepasst werden oder verhindert werden dass (z.B.) tiefe Töne in der Klavierstütze weiter vorne sind als hohe Töne.

Das OC818 ist also ein mächtiges Instrument für einen unglaublichen Preis.
Ich werde es bei jeder Aufnahme verwenden.
