Decent quality, decent price
I used this for renovating an old snare drum which had a really nasty throw-off previously. It did the job nicely. There is a small amount of movement when not engaged, but I own more expensive throw-offs that are worse. Note that different throw-offs have different mounting hole spacings, so you might have to make new holes in your drum.
