A very important upgrade
After talking with one of the best luthiers in Toronto, I decided to buy this chinrest. He explained to me how the weight and the density of the materials of the chinrest can affect the vibration on the violin. This chinrest is not only beautiful, it is also super light weight. That means that the violin can vibrate more freely. I noticed in my violin a big improvement in the quality of the sound (specially G and D strings), more harmonics and more sound.

I have tried 6 different chinrests, including a very expensive one, this is the one that fits perfectly, and my violin tone become smoother and richer slightly, after one month of using this chinrest, I have stopped searching anymore, and will keep using this for many years to come.
It is well made, smooth surface, is made with beautiful grain wood, and most importantly, comfortable on the jaw. I would say worth its price tag.
