Un rapport qualité prix bluffant

Comme tout guitariste, je suis atteint de collectionnite. Je possède et ai possédé toutes sortes de guitares de différentes catégories de prix (modèles signature chez Jackson et Fender, une Vigier, une PRS, etc. mais également quelques Sterling, Cort et Squier) et la Fusion-III en rouge m'avait tapé dans l'oeil. Curieux, j'ai donc passé commande.
A la réception, c'est très propre comme toujours avec Thomann, tout est bien emballé. J'ai a priori reçu l'exemplaire ayant servi pour les photos comme l'indique un genre de petit faire-part que j'ai trouvé assez rigolo. La guitare est en tout cas dans un état impeccable et elle est arrivée parfaitement réglée.

Pour ce qui est des sensations : L'instrument est très jouable, le Floyd1000 (donc pas un Special à la qualité discutable) tient parfaitement l'accord, les frettes ne dépassent pas du manche et la planimétrie semble même effectuée proprement (ce qui arrive de plus en plus rarement, y compris sur des modèles à +2000€ de marques prestigieuses). La fiche technique alléchante est respectée en tout point. L'électronique semble OK, en tout cas je n'ai rien remarqué de gênant, pas de buzz ou bruit parasite. Je ne suis pas connaisseur en électronique donc je me passerai de juger de la qualité du câblage ou de la noblesse des potards.

Mon seul bémol concerne les micros qui sont un peu "légers". Ils sont bien définis mais ils manquent un peu de "patate" surtout côté chevalet, d'où le petit point en moins sur les notes Caractéristiques et Son. Je le changerai surement pour un SH6 ou équivalent.

Sinon c'est du tout bon, et surtout pour ce prix ! Quand on voit des guitares comme celle-ci, on se demande vraiment pourquoi dépenser plus ?

Nice looking guitar, attention to detail "exceptional"

This Guitar the Harley Benton Fusion-III HH FR Roasted FCH has a fit and finish worth the price, but due to pricing I think some features are a bit lacking, as the pickups are thin and underpowered making the instrument sound thin and lacking in presence and the tone control has some noise in it. The neck is very playable and feels comfortable moving up and down the neck due to the finish which is flat. I do have an issue with the truss rod adjusting the roasted neck though. The neck is quite stiff due to the hardness of the wood making the adjustments very small regardless of the amount of turning on the truss rod nut. After having ordered this with a roasted neck I would rather have a non-roasted neck. I have tried to adjust the truss rod because of the height of the strings is too high at the upper fretboard, but the neck is too stiff to move very much. After some relief of the neck the lower frets ring on the strings. So I've been able to find a medium adjustment which is acceptable, albeit not optimal. I feel obligated to give an assessment of this gear for the next customer looking to get a guitar that is worth paying for. This guitar is beautiful to look at and it plays very, very well. The emphasis on this guitar seems to be the total package, but the electronics do suffer. It has a fine looking maple top with crisp looking details all around. The clear coat is flawless under close inspection. This company is noteworthy having a process that makes fine looking guitars. I would venture to say putting very nice pickups in this guitar and having a slightly straighter neck, this would be my favorite guitar and I have several very nice, very expensive guitars. Unbelievable guitar for this price point

As with everything else i've ever ordered from Thomann delivery was fast and i was kept up to date with tracking the whole way.
The guitar was well packaged but i did have other items so it came in a larger box, i'm unsure how it would be packaged if it was just a guitar being sent.
Out of the box the guitar was very well set up and i only had to make a couple of minor adjustments to suite my playing style (there's a few big name guitar makers who could learn a few things here)
Guitar looks stunning and much better than in the pictures.
I'd heard mixed reviews on the roswell pickups but after trying all combinations and the split coil i'm impressed, i expected to be changing these out but for now they will stay and i will see how i get on with them.
Overall i am more than happy with this guitar and i have no idea how Harley Benton can offer a guitar with these specs at this price point with such good quality control. I will definitely be considering HB in the future when buying a guitar.

This guitar is so nice at such a low price.
The finish and everything was so beautiful. It was also packaged nicely came in tune as well. Feels good to play and overall just a good guitar. If you're on a small budget and want a good guitar buy this!
