A unique design that is fantastic for long necked violinists
I'm a tall / thin guy (185cm) with a long neck. I struggle with most chinrests, but not this one. As far as I know, it's among the tallest chinrests Thomann sells. It's also very comfy with a hump above the tailpiece. I find this hump very useful for locking the fiddle, but I could understand some people might find it gets in the way.
I've also bought a Teka (Roth & Junius brand). They are similar but the Morawetz has my preference (by a slight margin - the Teka is excellent too). Compared to Teka, Morawetz has this nice hump, has a few more mm in height, and is also a little larger which suits my jawbone better.
One minor complaint: the fancy packaging / branding is useless and adds a few euros that I'd better have in my pocket.
