The basic idea behind all our exclusive products is to add entry level products to existing product groups. We'd like to offer inexpensive alternatives that everyone can afford.
We don't build new factories. We buy from manufacturers who usually produce for renowned brand names but also make OEM versions under the label of the respective importer. In many cases, the same product is offered by one or sometimes several brands, albeit at a much higher price, because distributor margins, big dealer networks, and marketing costs must be covered by the product price.
For all direct imports we are solely responsible for service and repair as well as warranties and guarantees. As you can imagine, the quality of our own brands is of crucial importance to us. In other words: if we offered products of inferior quality, our customers would complain and return those products - And since there's nobody we can send those products back to, we'd eventualy have to ditch our complete stock..
Okay, we certainly won't let that happen, because our quality control takes care each product and each shipment complies with our quality claims. Since we're convinced of our products, our own brand items, too, are covered by our 3-year warranty and our 30-day money-back guarantee!
