We're always anxious to offer the best service and advice to our customers. So, a few years ago, we created Europe's most modern showrooms for PA and lighting equipment.
Our aim was to enable our customers to demo setups under realistic conditions. Quite obviously, you can't do that in a 20 square metre room. Among the unique features of our PA and stage lighting hall is an integrated ambiphonics system - the room itself is free of reverberations, but dozens of measurement microphones and loudspeakers can simulate any room imaginable.
Many bands, stage rentals, and entertainers from all over Europe come to Thomann to let us find the optimal sound solution for them. Of course we carry all the well known brands, but we also offer budget alternatives which we buy as direct imports from leading manufacturers.
Apart from our big showroom we have separate sections for entertainers, club sound systems as well as DJ equipment and accessories.
After sales service is as important to us as it is to you. We have our own service repair workshops for electronics, speaker repair and reconing as well as a large stock of back-up units, which we can supply at short notice, should any of your Thomann equipment break or fail. You can rely on us 100 percent.
