Nice feel, but color didn't match

The knobs fit well into my Ibanez bass. They stay in snug, but can be pulled out without tools so there is no worry of damaging the body. Not sure would I use these with push/pull pots tho. Of course fit likely differs from pot to pot. The rubber rings give the knobs a nice grip.

The pots have nice look to them and fit in with transparent finish nicely. Problem for me was that the knobs I received were considerably lighter in color than in the product image. Mine were somewhere in the middle of this and the maple version and were too light for my bass. I managed to fix this with a quick coat and wipe of waterbased black stain. Now they are fairly close to the product image.

sturdy knob

I've been looking for a sturdy knob for quite some time. I'd say this one is an excellent piece of hard wood.
Holding this knob is just a pleasure. it has a lot of grip when I touch it it, thanks in no small part to it being covered it rubber.
when it came, I thought it looked rather short, that was a misconception. After measuring its length and diameter, I found out that is was quite average and a standard size...
black walnut also has quite the distinctive smell. Whenever I take it out of the bag to play, I'm greeting with the smell of black walnut

In conclusion, it's an sturdy little Harwood knob that I feel confident playing with

These came exactly as described and fit perfectly. Easy to install, just push on / pull off. The fit is firm though, and there's no risk of them being loose or falling off.

They look great, and the finish is very professional. The colour is similar to rosewood.

The two rubber bands around the knobs feel great and help with grip.

Like it, but the o-rings broke after 2 yrs

It's my favorite type of knob! Shame that the rubber o-rings started to break away after 2 years, but that's cheap to replace.
