Who is organising the giveaway?

The Newsletter Giveaway: Home recording (hereafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is organised and run by:

Who can take part?

Anyone interested in Thomann products, our websites (e.g. thomann.de), or our social media channels (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram), and who is at least 18 years old, is eligible to participate.

You can enter as a current subscriber to the Thomann newsletter, or as a new subscriber after signing up.

By entering the promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Employees of Thomann, its parent or subsidiary companies, agencies, licensees, and anyone directly involved in organising or implementing this promotion are not eligible to participate.

When and how can I participate (Entry requirements)?

The promotion starts on 10 October 2025 at 18:00 and ends on 14 October 2025 at 23:59 (GMT+2).

1. New subscribers:

If you are not yet subscribed to the newsletter:

First, register for the newsletter via this link.

You will then receive a confirmation email. You must confirm your subscription by clicking the confirmation link. As long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter for the duration of the giveaway period, you are eligible to enter.

After successful registration, you’ll receive all necessary information about the giveaway via newsletter. To enter the giveaway, simply complete the entry form linked in the newsletter and submit it.

2. Existing newsletter subscribers:

You will receive a newsletter with all necessary information and the link to the entry form. To enter, simply complete the entry form and submit it.

Important: You must enter the giveaway using the same email address you used to subscribe to the newsletter.

Multiple entries are not allowed. Any violation will result in disqualification.

Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their details, especially their email address.

Entries with invalid, incomplete, non-functional, inactive, or fake email addresses will be disqualified. We have implemented technical measures to block fake email addresses from being entered into the form.

There is no legal entitlement to participate in the promotion.

Participation is free of charge. However, internet access costs or charges from your internet service provider may apply. These costs are your responsibility.

When and how will the winners be selected?

Winners will be chosen at random via a draw after the promotion ends. Winners will be notified via email, sent to the email address provided when subscribing to the newsletter.

Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. No alternative prizes will be offered.

If:

the respective winner will be disqualified. In this case, we reserve the right to draw a new winner from the remaining eligible participants, or to offer the prize in a future promotion.

Winners have 7 days from the notification email to claim their prize. After that, the prize may be awarded to another participant.

Additional Notes

Thomann reserves the right to end the Campaign at any time without prior notice, particularly if technical or legal reasons prevent its proper execution. In such cases, prizes may be awarded via random draw among the eligible participants up to that point.

Exclusion of Participants:
Thomann reserves the right to exclude individuals at its discretion:
(a) For manipulation in accessing or executing the Campaign,
(b) For violations of these terms and conditions,
(c) For unethical behavior, or
(d) For providing false or misleading information during participation.

Data Protection

When you participate in this Campaign, the email address you provide in the registration form (and survey, if applicable) will be processed for the purpose of conducting the Campaign.

Legal Basis:
The data processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract (or pre-contractual measures) under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Third-Party Services:
Some services required for conducting the Campaign have been outsourced to third parties („partners“). Your data will only be stored by these partners for the duration of the Campaign and will be deleted afterward.

Miscellaneous

The applicable national law of the country where you reside governs these terms and conditions.

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
