Well, it is the second part of Vox Amplug Bass 3. If you want to get the full range of Features that these portable Amps can give - you have to buy both. They have Overdrive in Basic model and Distortion here. And very compressed (and a little bit chorused) sound on Clean Channel.
I like, that actually distorted Channel continues startting gain of Clean - it sounds with Gain off almost the same as Clean Channel with Gain fully On.
Ambients and drums are the same as in Basic Bass 3 model, however, I find Chorus more clear than in other model.
So the other effects - clearer, more adjustable than on Basic Bass 3, but ... without Clean Sound, so that you should turn ambients to 0 if they start to annoy you - and they will :)
Less friendly for external pedals - I could not achieve normal sound with Chorus or Preamp connected - just because they are already in and there is no pure clean Channel (that's why you need Basic Model), but with Metal Distortion, Bassballs or Phaser it combines pretty interesting.
And it is still Vox - stylish, portable, and powerfull. Who knows, maybe someday they will produce 1 in All model (like it does Blacklstar), but now we've got what they've got.
But it is still great, because it is Vox!
