What can you win?

A spot at the Songwriting Camp that will take place from September 7th to September 12th in Southern France.

Who can take part?

We’re looking for female artists, writers or producers from Europe. To take part in the camp, you have to be at least 18 years old and have a valid passport to travel to France. Moreover you have to be available during September 7th-12th 2025 where the camp takes place. Ideally you already have some experience in the music business, for example in writing or producing your own music or being part of sessions.

By entering the contest, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Employees of Thomann, its parent or subsidiary companies, agencies, licensees, and anyone directly involved in organising or implementing this promotion are not eligible to participate.

When and how can I participate (Entry requirements)?

The contest starts on 13 August 2025 at 10:00 and ends on 24 August 2025 at 23:59 (GMT+2).

When and how will the winners be selected?

The winner will be chosen by an internal jury and contacted via DM by August 27th 2025 at latest.

Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. No alternative prizes will be offered.

Additional Notes

Thomann reserves the right to end the Contest at any time without prior notice, particularly if technical or legal reasons prevent its proper execution. In such cases, prizes may be awarded via random draw among the eligible participants up to that point.

Exclusion of Participants:
Thomann reserves the right to exclude individuals at its discretion:
(a) For manipulation in accessing or executing the Campaign,
(b) For violations of these terms and conditions,
(c) For unethical behavior, or
(d) For providing false or misleading information during participation.

Data Protection

When you participate in this Campaign, the email address you provide in the registration form (and survey, if applicable) will be processed for the purpose of conducting the Campaign.

Legal Basis:
The data processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract (or pre-contractual measures) under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Third-Party Services:
Some services required for conducting the Campaign have been outsourced to third parties (“partners”). Your data will only be stored by these partners for the duration of the Campaign and will be deleted afterward.

Miscellaneous

The applicable national law of the country where you reside governs these terms and conditions.

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
