Participation in the “Golden Ticket” contest and its implementation are governed by the following terms and conditions:
1 Contest
The “Golden Ticket” contest is organized by Thomann GmbH, Managing Director: Hans Thomann, Hans-Thomann-Str. 1, 96138 Burgebrach, Germany (“Organizer”).
2 Participation

Purchase (without return) of product(s) from Thomann GmbH between 12.09.2025, 00:00 and 10.10.2025, 23:59

3 Exclusion from the competition
1) Employees of Thomann GmbH are excluded from participation.
2) In the event of a violation of these conditions of participation, in particular through the use of unauthorized aids and other forms of manipulation, the organizer reserves the right to exclude individuals from the competition. In the event of such violations, prizes may also be revoked and reclaimed retrospectively.
3) The competition runs from September 12, 2025, 12:00 a.m. to October 10, 2025, 11:59 p.m. The competition period and deadline apply to all platforms.
4. Implementation and Processing
(1) Winners will be selected from all eligible participants.
(2) The organizer will notify the winners directly by post using the address linked to the customer account used for the purchase.
!!! Important !!! The winners will be selected by customer number, not order number. This means that even if you place multiple orders during the period, your customer number will only be entered into our drawing once. (This is for sustainability and, more importantly, to manage our shipping costs. We want to ensure that orders aren’t split, which would require sending more packages.)
(3) The prizes and related information will be sent by the organizer via postal mail.
(4) Winners have 5 days after receiving the ticket to confirm their acceptance of the prize by replying to the email address provided to them.
(5) Once the winner has confirmed their acceptance of the prize, all further steps and information will be communicated personally.
(6) The right to the prize will be forfeited if the prize cannot be awarded for reasons for which the organizer is not responsible. This is especially true if a winner does not confirm their acceptance of the prize in a timely manner, within 5 days of receipt. In this case, the organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.
