Terms and Conditions for the #playitfeelitchallenge Contest by Thomann

This contest is not affiliated with or sponsored by Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

Participation in the “#playitfeelitchallenge” contest and its implementation are governed by the following terms and conditions:

1. Organizer

The “#PlayitFeelitChallenge” is organized by

Thomann GmbH,

Managing Director: Hans Thomann,

Hans-Thomann-Str. 1, 96138 Burgebrach, Germany (“Organizer”).

2. Participation

  1. All persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate.
  2. To participate, entrants must:
    • Create an original video based on one of the Play It Feel It backing tracks.
    • Upload it publicly on either Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or TikTok.
    • Tag Thomann and include the hashtag #PlayitFeelitChallenge in the post.
    • Submit the post via the official form available on the Thomann Blog.
  3. Participation is free of charge and does not require a purchase.

3. Exclusion from the Contest

  1. Employees of Thomann GmbH and their family members are excluded from participation.
  2. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants in the event of manipulation, rule violations, or fraudulent behavior.
  3. In such cases, prizes may be revoked or reclaimed retrospectively.

4. Contest Duration

The contest begins with the campaign launch on November 26th, 2025 at 10:00 AM and ends on January 18th, 2026, at 23:59 CET.

Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

5. Selection and Notification of Winners

  1. Winners will be selected by a jury of Thomann representatives based on creativity, originality, and emotional impact.
  2. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided in the submission form.
  3. If a winner does not respond within five (5) days, the organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.
  4. Prizes will be distributed digitally (Thomann Gift Cards).

6. Prizes

A jury consisted of Thomann employees will award the most inspiring submissions with the following prizes:

  • Award for Best Instrumental Performance
    • 1st place: 1000€ Thomann Gift Card
    • 2nd place: 500€ Thomann Gift Card
    • 3rd place: 250€ Thomann Gift Card
  • Award for Best Vocal Performance
    • 1st place: 1000€ Thomann Gift Card
    • 2nd place: 500€ Thomann Gift Card
    • 3rd place: 250€ Thomann Gift Card
  • Award for Best Remix:
    • 1st place: 1000€ Thomann Gift Card
    • 2nd place: 500€ Thomann Gift Card
    • 3rd place: 250€ Thomann Gift Card

On top of that, we’ll be drawing 30 more lucky winners at random from all participants and each will receive a 50€ Thomann Gift Card as a runner-up prize.

Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted into cash.

7. Rights of Use and Promotion

By participating, entrants grant Thomann GmbH the non-exclusive right to use their submitted content (video, images, audio) for promotional purposes related to this contest.

This includes publication on Thomann’s website, blog, and official social media channels, with appropriate credit given to the creator.

No further compensation will be provided.

8. Data Protection

Personal data collected for the contest will be processed solely for contest administration and prize distribution.

9. Miscellaneous

The organizer’s decision is final.

Legal recourse is excluded.

German law applies, excluding international private law provisions.

If any clause of these terms is deemed invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses remains unaffected.
