Who is eligible to participate?
Anyone is eligible to participate if you are interested in Thomann products, our websites such as thomann.de, or our social media channels (including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) and are at least 18 years old. You may participate as a subscriber to the Thomann Newsletter or as a new subscriber after completing the newsletter signup.
By participating in the promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions. Employees of Thomann, its parent or subsidiary companies, agencies, licensees, and any other individuals directly involved in the conception or execution of this promotion are not eligible to participate.
When and how can I participate (participation requirements)?
The promotion begins on December 21st 2025 (00:00) with the release of the social media campaign and ends on December 27th, 2025 (11:59 PM, GMT).
1. New Subscribers:
If you have not subscribed to the newsletter yet: First, register for the newsletter using this link.
You will then receive a confirmation email in which you must confirm your subscription by clicking “Yes, I want to receive the Thomann Newsletter!” Once this is completed, and as long as your subscription status is not changed by unsubscribing during the giveaway period, you are eligible to enter the drawing.
After successfully subscribing, you will receive all important information about the giveaway via the newsletter. To participate, fill out the entry form linked in the newsletter completely and click “Submit.”
2. Newsletter Subscribers:
You will receive a newsletter containing all essential information about the giveaway and the link to the entry form.
To participate, complete the entry form in full and click “Submit.”
Your entry must be submitted using the same email address that you used to register for the newsletter.
Multiple entries are not allowed and will result in disqualification.
The participant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided, especially their email address.
Entries with invalid or incomplete information—such as non-functioning, inactive, or fake email addresses—will be disqualified. We have implemented technical measures to prevent the submission of fake email addresses in the entry form.
You are not entitled to participate in the promotion.
Participation in the promotion is free of charge. However, costs associated with your internet connection or usage fees charged by your internet service provider may apply. These costs are your own responsibility.
When and how do we determine the winners?
Winners are selected at random. After the promotion ends, winners will be drawn within three business days and notified accordingly.
If you are drawn as a winner, you will be contacted by email using the address you provided when subscribing to the newsletter.
Prize vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, cannot be paid out in cash, and no alternative prizes can be selected.
If
a) a prize notification cannot be delivered,
b) the winner declines the prize, or
c) a voucher cannot be redeemed for reasons beyond our control,
that winner will be disqualified. In such cases, we reserve the right to select a new winner by random draw, or the forfeited prize may be awarded in a future promotion. The winner has 30 days from the prize notification to respond; otherwise, the prize may be passed on to another participant.
Note: Since the lineup is only announced in April, the winner will receive the exact travel dates starting from that time.
What additional “fine print” should you be aware of?
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to end the promotion at any time without prior notice.
This applies particularly if technical or legal reasons prevent proper execution of the promotion. In such cases, prizes may be distributed by random draw among all eligible participants up to the time of termination.
We also reserve the right, at our discretion, to exclude individuals from participation:
(a) in cases of manipulation related to access to or implementation of the promotion
(b) for violations of these terms and conditions,
(c) for unfair behavior, or
(d) for false or misleading information related to participation
Data Protection
If you participate in a prize promotion, the email address you provide in the registration form and questionnaire (if different) will be processed by us for the purpose of managing the promotion. The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract or the initiation of a contractual relationship with you as a participant in the event of winning, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
We have delegated some services required for the execution and administration of the promotion to third parties (“cooperation partners”). Your data will only be stored by these cooperation partners for the purpose of executing and administering the promotion, and only for the duration of the promotion. All data will be deleted after completion and administration of the promotion.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and assure you that your data will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws in your country, especially the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We also refer you to our Privacy Policy, where you will find additional information on your rights as a participant.
Miscellaneous
The applicable national law of the country in which you have your habitual residence applies. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
