Terms and Conditions for the Golden Ticket Giveaway

This giveaway is in no way affiliated with, sponsored by, supported, or organized by Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook.

Participation in giveaways and contests on the Musikhaus Thomann website (www.thomann.de) and their execution are governed by the following terms:

1. Giveaway

The “Golden Ticket” giveaway is organized by Thomann GmbH, Managing Director: Hans Thomann, Hans-Thomann-Str. 1, 96138 Burgebrach, Germany (“Organizer”).

2. Participation

1.Participants must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for entry.

2.To participate in this giveaway, the following conditions must be met:

•Purchase (without return) of product(s) from Thomann GmbH between 00:00 on September 16 and 23:59 on October 14, 2024.

•All customers who make a purchase during this period will automatically be entered into the draw.

3. Exclusion from the Giveaway

1.Employees of Thomann GmbH are excluded from participation.

2.In the event of a violation of these terms, particularly through the use of unauthorized tools or other manipulation, the Organizer reserves the right to exclude individuals from the giveaway. In such cases, prizes may also be revoked and reclaimed after the fact.

3.The giveaway runs from 00:00 on September 16, 2024, to 23:59 on October 14, 2024. This period and deadline apply to all platforms.

4. Execution and Processing

1.After proper participation as outlined above, winners will be selected from all participants.

2.Winners will be notified by the Organizer via postal mail to the address registered in the customer account used for the purchase.

Important: The draw is based on the customer number, not the order number. This means even if you place multiple orders during this period, your customer number will only be entered once in the draw. (This is for sustainability purposes – and especially to avoid splitting orders into multiple packages, which increases shipping costs.)

3) Prizes and related information will be sent by post from the Organizer.

4) Winners have 5 days to confirm acceptance of their prize via the email address provided to them.

5) Once the prize has been confirmed by the winner, all further steps and information will be communicated directly.

6) The right to the prize expires if it cannot be awarded, especially if the winner does not confirm acceptance within 7 days of receipt. In this case, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

7) The exchange of prizes, cash payment, or compensation is excluded.

8) The right to claim the prize or compensation cannot be transferred to third parties.

5. Prizes

1.The prize is an exclusive one-day experience at Thomann GmbH, including:

•Meet & greet with Hans Thomann

•Personalized campus tour, including visits to various departments

•Shopping tour with a €200 voucher

•Exclusive dinner with Hans Thomann

•Goodie bag

•Travel expenses (round trip) and two nights at a premium hotel

•Shuttle service to Thomann GmbH and back to Bamberg

2.The exchange of prizes or substitution is excluded. The right to claim the prize or any compensation cannot be transferred to third parties.

6. Promotion

Participants agree that no financial or other claims against Thomann or other organizers arise from the dissemination of the giveaway via the internet and other media.

Winners agree that photos and video recordings taken for promotional purposes related to this giveaway may be used, including publication in print and online.

7. Data Protection

1.Participants consent to the Organizer storing all necessary data for the duration of the giveaway. The stored data will not be used for marketing purposes.

2.Participants may revoke their consent to the processing of their data at any time. The revocation must be made in writing to social@thomann.de. In this case, the Organizer may have to exclude them from further participation. Participants also have the rights to information and correction regarding the collected data, as guaranteed by the Federal Data Protection Act.

8. Liability

(1) Thomann GmbH shall be released from all obligations upon handover of the prize.

9. Miscellaneous

1. Legal recourse is excluded.

2. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively, excluding the reference provisions of international private law.
