It's hard to evaluate mouth pieces without trying them all out first; still, if you're looking for something larger or smaller than your current then just have a little research of the sizes/properties. If you decide that this is what you need then the price is brilliant- it's certainly done the job for me. (If a beginner then this was the next size/upgrade up from the smaller 12c that usually gets bundled with a starter range trombone. I feel it conserves your lip better and allows for better bottom range at the expense of top range. Interchange mouthpieces for different applications!)

Arnolds and Sons Trombone Mouthpiece 6-1/2AL-S
Excellent mouthpiece for the money. I shall shortly be ordering another as a spare. I would definitely recommend this mouthpiece.
