My first hardware synth and it's a good one.

Great compact synth. It sounds excellent, and has a lot of easy to use features.

This is my first synth, being a guitar player and wanted to try something new. At first it was a bit intimidating with all the different features, but they are all very easy to use. When creating or editing a patch there is some menu diving involved, but it's easy to learn and understand, there is a very logical order of things. I've only done a few patches and i can see myself just flying through the menus in a while.

It hooks up to a computer very nicely, where you can back up patches in the library, and you can load in soundpacks from novation, a bunch of good ones, like the moroder pack and best of 90's

It also comes with a VST to edit patches in a VST and a 4gb loopmasters sample pack.

All in all, a great synth for the price.

The only "cons" i have found are that the keys are a bit flimsy, but for the price its all good. And if you are bringing this thing on stage, you might want to get a splashguard or something, at the back of the synth where the midi in/out are located, there is a gap between the shell and the socket.

Great and intuitive synth!

The main reason for buying this synth is the intuitive and easy filter manipulations. You have one big cutoff knob and four live knobs, which gives you lots of control at your fingertips. Additionally, if you need more manipulation you get a VST plug where can play around with the MiniNova synth engine, create your own presets, and more.

I recommend this synth, the build quality could be better. But for the price it is doesn't matter in my opinion.

Novation tweak for no money, nice live knobs

Love this Little synth! Had so much fun with the live Controls. Big cutoff knobs and 4 "assignable" live knobs means you can tweak on the fly.

I use it a lot as an arpeggiator controlled by external chords, where you can turn 8th notes on and off on the fly. Really useful!

Ok only one sound at a time, and sounds are a bit digital, and only small keys. ( i could do without the keys actually...) But the v-station like cutoff filter and drive function, and arpeggiator make upp for all that.

This is my honest opinion
