Lovely brittleness
Gustav Jonsson 02.06.2020
The B20 Millenium cymbals have almost been the favourites of the tonnes of cymbals I've bought the last months, and I've bough Zildjian A Customs, A Avedis, Zultan Q's etc. These feel so thin and brittle, and response so quickly and break out in a lovely shimmering brightness. I think I'll get the larger Millenium B20's as well. Insane value for money. (Though stay away from the cheaper Milleniums, I guess).

Great value for money!

A very good cymbal in its price range and even better if you compare it to the more expensive cymbals from more renowned brands. I have 2 younger drummer sons who worked their way through 3 more expensive crashes but since we bought the Millenium we have had no issues with cracked cymbals.

Sounds better than expected
Michael7286 05.06.2018
It sounded good on the thomann webpage but we never expected it to sound so good in reality. If you want something better , you need to go to the handmade cymbals with a much higher price. We have cymbals from all brands and this one is better. Sorry to say but handmade is the next level of Millennium.

Light and bright

I've used 10" Aja Zultan splash for crash, but never got used to the size and kept hitting the air.
Sound-wise, I wanted something like Zultan 14" Rock Beat Crash. It was the cheapest. Go on, check out the price )))
Millenium 14" B20 Crash, surprisingly, sounded close enough to what I was looking for in crashes. And it costs exactly 3 times less than the Zultan. I still want Zultan, but for now - B20 does a decent job keeping me pacified.
1.It is very light and hangs well on a smaller lighter stands.
2.It has this nice sizzling high crash sound I prefer.
3.I've noticed no problems with quality.
One confusing thing though: B20 generates some noticeable low freq. after-tone I'm not used to in cymbals.
B20 is a thin and light cymbal, I guess, it vibrates very lively. I'm sure, it can sound very different in other rooms. I haven't tried it yet.
My room is extremely small and badly sound treated, so, I guess, any thin cymbal will probably generate this effect. I don't hear it in recordings and I've almost stopped noticing it after some days of playing.
Altogether: the only choice for this kind of sound on a tight budget.
Recommended!
