Excellent drop-in replacement (I bought a second one)
After my playing style had evolved towards using tremolo more and more, I realised I wasn't using my Epiphone Les Paul and ES-335 as much as the Gretsch, the Strat and the Duesenberg. After researching my options and because the factory tremolo on my Duesenberg Straplayer TV was so smooth, I decided to try their Les Term on the Les Paul. It was fantastic!
The installation is really easy and takes only 2-3 minutes plus the time it takes to remove and reinstall a set of strings. I think the engineering behind it is admirable both with respect to ease of installation and the fact that they can replicate much of the smooth action of their "real" full-size tremolos.
As the headline says, I went all-in and bought a second one for the ES-335.
Obviously, installing one of these does change the look of the guitar, and with classic icons like a 335 or a Les Paul you may or may not like it. For me, the usability was more important. I also find the Leas Paul to look less "altered" with this trem on while the 335 looks a bit odd.

Perfect!
I wanted a trem for my Epiphone ES-339. Some of the options I found either reqired additional drilling and/or were chunky and really bad looking. The Duesenberg Les Trem II is neither.
It takes 5-10 minutes to install. It's got a great feel and look. The tuning stability is perfect (if you have any issues check the nut and bridge and perhaps add some lubrication) the spring always return to the right pitch, even after some serious abuse!
And, if you for some strange reason want to remove it, it's just as easy as installing it and there will be no scratches or holes left.
I have guitars equipped with Strat, Jazzmaster and Wilkinson trems and I must say that this trem feels, works and sounds better than all of them.

Trem utan skruvhål
Helt suverän. Ingen åverkan på gitarren och tog inte mer än fem minuter att montera inklusive omsträngning!
Tyvärr funkade inte någon av de medföljande skruvarnas gängor i bussningarna på min giatar men det funkade med de skruvar från den ursprungliga stop tailen.
Håller stämningen bra men man får vara noga med att inte ha för mycket sträng på stämskruvarna, det hakar lätt upp sig på de lindade strängarna annars.
Tyvärr funkade inte någon av de medföljande skruvarnas gängor i bussningarna på min giatar men det funkade med de skruvar från den ursprungliga stop tailen.

Easy to mount excellent tuning stability
I also installed a bridge with rollers. It is not a floyd rose tremelo but very reliable
