I use it in my small project studio to control. Works great for fast switching between my two pairs of monitors and also listening with and without the sub.
Whole unit as well as buttons and volume control feels solid and have great response and feel to them.
Sound quality great and nice featuret with the easy access mono and phase controls.

Cheap plastic buttons

Good functionality and sound. Perfect for the small project studio.
BUT, the buttons are of bad quality, the plastic is crap. After 6 months the ”Sub” button cracked in two halves and it was not possible to use the switch since one half got stuck inside, blocking the switch. Thomann fixed that for me.
Today the ”Dim” button - which I have never touched - was cracked in two halves, without anyone even touching it. The unit is not even two years old.
I was able to pull up the pieces with a forceps but the glued together halves won’t fit anymore.
Really bad quality.

Pros:
- Solid built with the features I need.
- No clicks or pops when starting computer/monitors or other devices which is great.

Cons:
- The volume knob start to sound like old knobs with little scratchy noise after a while but nothing major.

Great controller in a compact package

This product really does what it says in the box, the volume control knob is smooth and easy to use, there are no volume bumps or distortions, it's great for mixing with it reverse phase and mono buttons. The connector support 2 stereo inputs and outputs, you can have bot near-field and far-field monitors simultaneously together with a dedicated sub woofer, all the the monitors can be switched in and out to taste, it's great piece of kit.
