Steel-String Guitar with Pickup
The Grand Concert Builders Edition is suitable for fingerstyle and light strumming. The Builders Edition has the Taylor V-Class Bracing, which results in higher volume, longer sustain and improved intonation. Rosewood back and sides give the guitar deep bass and brilliant highs. The Lutz spruce top, together with the short scale, ensures its dynamic range. The rounded contours, the arm rest and the beveled cutaway enable comfortable playability up to the highest positions. The satin finish also reduces noise that can be caused by rubbing against the body. Taylor's own active ES2 dynamic piezo system with bass, treble and volume controls is used as the pickup.
