Good priced par can these items are good looking very compact and neat for a little par can, they have a small tidy gel frame so you can change the colour temperature easily with no problems.
On an exhibition stand we used 7 of them as down lights to illuminate the displays we had on show, as display lighting they really look the part.
They are light so didn't add much to the weight of the kit we had.
I would prefer a longer lead on them and I did find the lamps blew quite quickly but thats not what is being reviewed here!
I would buy them again especially the Chrome ones they really stood out and added to the display

This is not long range projector, but is pretty nice for decoration. It can be use with any E27 type bulb, especially LED with various color filter. Nice look but somewhat thinny overall. The mains cord re very short, about 40cm.

A19 bulbs won't fit

These aren't poorly made — the cords could be longer, but otherwise they're fine. However, be aware that if you're planning on using them with A19-shaped bulbs — for instance, the e27 base Phillips Hues as deco/house lights — you'll need to go up to the PAR30 version.

Es ist schon verblüffend, wie kompakt dieser kleine Scheinwerfer ist. Er ist etwa 17cm lang und hat einen Durchmesser von nur 7cm. Der Farbfilterrahmen hat 8,5cm*8,5cm.

Allerdings ist es recht problematisch Farbfolien vor dem Par anzubringen, diese beginnen relativ schnell zu rauchen und gehen daher schnell kaputt. Es handelt sich hierbei um wenige sekunden bei dunklen Farbtönen, bis zu einer Minute bei relativ hellen Farbtönen (helles Orange, Gelb, helles Grün, helles Blau). Gerade Folien wie Congo Blue haben hier keine Überlebenschance. Zumindest nicht wenn ein 50 Watt Leuchtmittel in diesem PAR steckt.

Auch wird der gesamte PAR recht warm. Das ganze hat großes Potential um sich die Finger daran zu verbrennen. Die Verarbeitung ist recht gut, wenn man von ein paar etwas scharfen Kanten (nichts bedrohliches) mal absieht. Der Farbfilterrahmen will bei mir nicht wirklich passen, auch nicht bei etwas behertztem zugreiffen.

Das Splitterschutzgitter im Farbfilterrahmen wirft ein recht dekoratives Fliegengitter an die Wand/Decke/etc. Wenn man von der Gefahr, die von herabfallenden Splittern des Leuchtmittels ausgeht, absieht, kann man ihn weglassen. Farbfolien kann man sowieso kaum vor diesem PAR einsetzen.

Der Punkt mit den Farbfolien degradiert den PAR 20 leider zu einem besseren Klemmspot. Der Einsatzbereich ist daher recht stark eingeschränkt. Eine dekorative Raumbeleuchtung lässt sich mit den PAR 20 allerdings recht gut realisieren. Mit 2en, die gegen die decke strahlen, lässt sich ein Raum mit ca. 25m² angenehm mit Licht füllen. Vorausgesetzt das Leuchtmittel strahlt breit genug ab (25° passen gut).
