The upper side is divided into an external area, which has a ultra-shiny finish, and an internal area, which was left unpolished and displays signs of oxidation and irregular hammering. All the underside displays a ultra-shiny finish. It?s a lightweight cymbal, with a focused and lightning-fast response, producing an explosion of golden sound, with a medium-short decay time. Maybe the 18??, 20?? and 22?? versions of this cymbal will be able to play the dual role of crash and ride, but the 16?? is not convincing as a ride, even when hit in the central ?raw? area. For me, it is primarily a crash with an stunning mix of darkness and brilliance.
