Trying to use this with Cubase on Mac

There as a new version 5.0 that im trying. The installation crashed a few times. It have some features during the installation that should fix permissions that got a exceptions with a path that so it could be fixed. And it wanted to do a firmware update when started, quite old on shipped unit. The unit is people doing video en photo editing but it "generic" in that way that no knobs have application specific functions. However it does not integrate well will cubase 11.0.51. It can send keyboard strokes, no feedback. Logic seems to be different than the other DAWs. But they are keyboard layouts for Protools and Ableton too, and I guess that they have no feedback either. At good as it looks, the functions is not there. And the hardware vendor seems not to publish protocol specs so it wont be integrated. However Apple seems to have got them so maybe the other will too. So this is not for audio folks.

GENIAL, mais pas immédiatement

Ce produit correspond à mes attentes. C'est configurable à souhait, on peut personnaliser les pictos. On bascule d'une application à l'autre, le loupedeck CT suit. Ca marche en azerty. C'est beau. Mais avant de gagner du temps, vous allez en perdre. Car ce n'est pas tout à fait plug'n'play. Il faut installer un plug-in pour photoshop via adobecloud (donc version pirate s'abstenir). Il faut aller dans les préférences de Premiere pro pour activer la surface de contrôle. Il faut retrouver le noms des actions dans le logiciel loupedeck. Parfois, c'est pas évident. Bref : lorsqu'on essaie la premiere fois le loupedeck, il n'y a pas grand chose qui marche (j'exagère un peu). Mais petit à petit, le loupedeck devient de plus en plus confortable. Avant j'utilisais photoshop pour retoucher mes RAW (je n'arrive toujours pas à paramétrer loupedeck pour cette tâche) alors que c'est l'évidence même avec lightroom. Conclusion : prendre du temps pour personnaliser ses commandes est quand même très agréable, même si vous allez devoir chercher des réponses sur le net. Mais une fois que le loupedeck est adapté à vos besoins, c'est le bonheur. Un bonheur qui se mérite en somme.
