I've tried every pick there is and nothing compares to the Primetones. I use them for both my Electric and Acoustic guitars and also my Loar Mandolin. They last about a year before the edges start to erode. A little expensive, but, for me they are so worth it.
They provide me with instant clarity on every note with very little sound of the pick itself coming through.

Das erste ausfällige Eindruck, neben der leicht, transparenten orangeroten Farbe, ist der gute Gripp. Dieser entsteht durch die erhabene, punktuell strukturierte Oberfläche, es ist nichts aufgedruckt oder eingedrückt sondern bei der Herstellung selbst durch höherstehende Punkte erzeugt worden. Die Plecgesamtgrösse ist Standard. Die Stärke mit 1,5mm ist natürlich Geschmackssache;
bei diesem Plec, in Verbindung mit den handpolierten Kanten, sorgt das erst mal für eine sehr gute gesamte "Anfasssbarkeit". Es kommt zu einem präzisen Saitenkontakt, nichts fühlt sich schwammig an, und der Ton kommt deutlich aber nicht zu metallisch raus. Das Plektrum tönt selbst trocken eigentlich nicht durch.
Geringer Punktabzug in Punkto Langlebigkeit, weil ich den Eindruck habe, dass die Spitze schon ganz leichte Abnutzungserscheinung hat, bei einer bisherigen Nutzung von fünf Monaten. Dies bringt in den bislang sehr guten Gesamteindruck dennoch keinen Abbruch.
Gute drei Euro für ein Plec sind zwar kein Schnäppchen, solange es nicht verloren geht;
ich empfehle die Teile auf jeden Fall und würde sie mir auch wieder zulegen.
