Dunlop Nylon Standard 0,60

I use these for acoustic now mostly and the heavier .73 for electric.

These offer good grip and flexibility for playing triplets fast etc, for example if you were playing Irish banjo music on an acoustic. Where a stiffer pick cud make it more difficult.

So, I use the .73 for all rock and blues but these for country and trad stuff where you need fast triplet strokes etc.

Picks are a pretty personal thing and I seem to use quite a few differnt types depending on the job in hand, but Dunlop Standards are the mark by which all others are judged. I have a whole load of Standards in different guages for different sounds, styles and guitars. Size, shape and grip on all Standards is good , and these 0.60s work well for me when hybrid picking on acoustic.
Like all lightish picks, they can go a bit blunt and/or furry over time (but not so quick it's a problem) so it makes sense to get the multipacks

These are definitely my go to plecs for acoustic guitar playing. If you're doing a lot of hard and fast strumming they have just the right amount of give and they last for ages!
For electric they're not as suitable. For me there's more picking and individual string action with electric and the flexibility is fine but there is more wear and tear on the plec. This can lead to loads of little cuts round the edge of the plec, which affects your playing a lot. So a thicker plec is more suitable.

... better picks then the Dunlopy Nylon series yet. They have a very good amount of grip and also they don't wear much. I need to throw away the picks becaus they get ugly and not because the are worn down.
I'm using the 0.60 on .09 strings and the 0.88 on .10 strings.

They're the best for your acoustic guitar.

Just what i needed....picking strings is easy and effortless....works for palm muting techniques sweep picking techniques and legato picking.
so far used like 3 in the studio....great both for electric and acoustic....Yeah sometimes i just use it to hold down a key on analog synth and stuff....or to pluck an elastic band or something

Plectrums are like underwear it's about what suites you. So this review is about how the fair for players of a similar type and style to myself. For electro/acoustic guitar rhythm work I have found none better. The texture and flexibility (which is is just enough) allows your guitar to sound as intended. They allow a good even strum across the strings. I also find them ideal when picking out the tune within the chord the notes are clear without a harsh jump out. They also last I have only managed to take the end off one in years of playing.

To me, .60 sound and feel great for playing acoustic guitar, especially if you're using 13 gauge string. Wonderful picks!

I have been using these picks forever... They are great with just about any guitar (or Bass) and just about any style.

They are soft enough to make strumming sound fluid, and hard enough to give you a clean attack.

They're very easy to hold and will stay in your grip even after a long session or show.

If you have tried lots of picks and just can't find the right ones, give these a try!

Great grip, tone, feel, what more is their to say? Picks are different for everyone but I really like everything about these, they suit my playing style really well and you forget your even holding one when you are playing your instrument.
