Esta marca tinha-me conquistado quando comprei a minha primeira Duesenberg , uma Startplayer special até ao dia que comprei a esta Starplayer TV Black, Desde logo os metais começaram a apresentar manchas que ia retirando com limpeza. passado pouco tempo a limpeza já nao resultava e ano e meio depois de a ter comprado, de a ter utilizado muito poucas vezes, e estar sempre guardada em case original , com sacos antihumidade, os metais estão completamente enferrujados, desde o tremolo aos potenciometros. Julgo que erram na qualidade dos metais, já que a primeira guitarra já tem 5 anos e está impecavel.

This brand had won me over when I bought my first Duesenberg, a Startplayer special until the day I bought this Starplayer TV Black. Right away the metals started to show stains that I removed with cleaning. After a short time, cleaning no longer worked and a year and a half after having bought it, having used it very few times, and always keeping it in the original case, with anti-humidity bags, the metals are completely rusted, from the tremolo to the potentiometers. I think they made a mistake in the quality of the metals, since the first guitar is already 5 years old and is impeccable.

Worth every penny..

I wanted to buy a guitar that I wouldn't pay £500 just for the logo on the headstock. I looked into it and I found that Duesenberg has been producing high quality products and when I asked around, the few people that knew about Duesenberg said the best comments about that company. I've watched some videos online and read bout them more and when I finally bought my Starplayer TV Black, I wasn't disappointed. This is by far the best guitar I've ever played with in all the years I've been playing guitar. The sound is just amazing, the pickups sound so good and the body and the shape is just perfect. The neck, although the guitar is kinda LP shape, feels more like a strat neck, but a lot easier to play on and the Tremolo system (bigsby) is so good, it doesn't even go out of tune when I use it. So far I've been able to get out of this guitar great tones whether I played country, highgain lead stuff, or blues or jazz.. I would definitely recommend that guitar to anyone who cares for quality and great tone and doesn't want to pay so much just for the logo.

Great look, great sound, great quality

If you would have told me years ago that I would play live with a german guitar, it would have sound as a joke. But I do it. One of the best guitar I ever tried. For the sound, for the pleasure of playing. Everything is perfect. Finition is perfect. And very versatile. I play reggae, rock, hard rock, pop, heavy metal. Just few pedals, a JCM800 and I switch the pickups. Simple and impressive.
