The best head for a vintage sound

This is the best head i've found for replicating those great sounds of the sixties.

I find it works best on vintage drums and really brings out the tonal qualities of the shell, and due to being slightly oversized, has a much better fit on those older drums.

The only slight downside i've found is with durability. Dont get me wrong, these things will take an absolute battering, but compared with your emperors and pinstripes, they will fold a little quicker.

Overall, a highly recommended product!!

Super Fell

Super Fell , super Verarbeitung, aber das Wort Vintage ist ein dehnbarer Begriff.

Fell klingt eher modern 80ér 90ér Jahre , ich suche eher ein Fell das klingt wie aus den 60ér / 70er Jahren. Das habe ich nun in den Remo Vintage A Coated gefunden.

Mit viel probieren und halbes Jahr einspielen habe ich einen ähnlichen Sound hinbekommen wie ich es wollte.

Ich finde mal sollte bei den Fell beschreibungen immer den Einsatzzweck dazuschreiben für die Musikrichtung und aus der Zeit für das es gemacht ist. Wenn man im WWW mal sucht, dann findet man von Aquarian mehrere Vintage felle, die leider bei Thomann nicht angeboten werden. Z.B.

Aquarian Deep Vintage II das den 60ér Sound wiedergibt

Wäre klasse wenn man das eines Tages kaufen könnte :)

Wer den Moderenden Vintage Sound 80´er 90ér Jahre haben möchte, kann ich dieses Fell nur empfehlen.
