This pedal is everything I expected it to be. Had it over two years now and still surprising myself with what crazy sonic effects I can conjure up with it. On a side note, have no idea why but my unit doesn't seem to have the same legendary battery life that I have heard of about this pedal. Have to change the battery every six months, whereas I have heard of cases were people have had the pedal over six years and are still using the battery that came with it from the factory. Don't let this dissuade you though, if you buy this pedal or the more expensive non-Vexter model (only difference is the paint job, non-vexter has a custom paint job, this one is silk-screened, exact same pedal underneath), you will not be disappointed.

The small f*ck is georgeous
The sound... Wow. Altough you have to take your time to find the sweet-spot for your amp and guitar, this really brings a new vibe to both. The sound destruction may be just slight, or transform into a sound-wall industrial-like. Really enjoy this one.

Fuzzy sounds
this is a versatile pedal that can go from your standard fuzz tones to some extreme fuzz sounds. I highly recomend this pedal if you like weird fuzz sounds.

Fantastic pedal
The Z.vex Fuzz Factory is everything from "a fuzz pedal with a bit of bite" all the way to an "uncontrolled oscillating monster". This pedal can totally destroy your tone in the most wonderful of ways with a ringing sustain that can linger on forever.
I have mainly been using it to boost rock solos to get that little bit of extra scream in my bends and ring in the sustain but I get the feeling that there is no limit to what you can achieve with it.
If you are looking for a versatile fuzz pedal that has the ability to go beyond eleven, look no further.

Crazy Fuzz
Unlike most I am actually using this as distortion fx for my synths! Getting some crazy results from my minibrute! If you are after that grizzly old school distorted square/saw bass sound you can't go wrong with this! Very nice controls too

Absolutely insane!
I would use this piece of equipment on occasion. It's far too unpredictable to use live. However saying that, for home recording this thing is an untamed beast! From low-fi distortion to high velcro fuzz effects, the Fuzz Factory will not fail to surprise.
I just wish it wasn't so sensitive. In order to find a specific tone you played before, you need to mark out the knob placement with pinpoint precision, otherwise it might screech back at you.

Lots of sounds. Some useable some not.
I played with this for a good few hours. I would say 50% of the sounds I got would be usable in a band setting. Those 50% were killer but for me, too much twiddling was required. Like simple interfaces.

So much fun
This pedal is the most fun I've ever had with a fuzz. All the weird oscillations and feedback sounds are great. The fuzz part itself is awesome too.

This pedal is complex to handle but will bring a range of fuzz sounds that will leave you speechless
