This was the first time i bought Wagner frets, i do not regret it they are very well built, tho they seem a bit more hard to work than other frets i've worked before, so hand radius is a no go... you need to get a fret bender for these on.
They feel very good in the hand, bending strings in these feels more easy than in previous frets i've worked.
I'm pleased with my purchase, tho next time i guess i'll not go for pre cut frets.
Quality wise there is nothing to complain about. I would say that thy produce a slightly more brilliant sound than standard silver-nickel Frets, but that difference is so subtle that might as well be just in my head ;) the only "problem" might be that they are completely straight and normal bending jigs don't really work for precut frets. Its not a really a problem since building a bending caul out of some hardwood should be easy considering that a re-fretting takes some skill anyway. If you are able to re-fret your guitar you definitely able to build something to bend the frets to the required radius.
In my opinion I would always go with stainless steel frets. You do it once and that's that for 10- 15 years
