Fabulous product for our photographic studio

We had searched high and low for a product that not only represented value for money and quality, but also one that was stable and safe to use.
We found that with the Manfrotto 087NW ... very high quality that you can sense the moment you touch it. Excellent stability and very safe.
Very happy with it, and gets used all the time without a single complaint. Thoroughly recommend it!

A MONSTER OF A STAND

Super heavy duty and very easy to use. If you can work around the weight (20+KG) of this stand, it is superb.

The mechanics work very nicely, and the step allows you to mount large lights such as the Aputure 1200D pro with no issues.

If you double this stand up with the "Manfrotto 104G Wheel Set Ø100" and are able to easily roll this around set you have a versatile heavy set up.

I have two of these Stands, when combined with a 50mm tube crossbar for a multi light setup, which can actually relieve a lot of floor space.

I wish they made a heavy duty carry case for these, because they will scratch up on set and in transit.

flexibel, stabil, schwer = gut!

Mittlerweile habe ich zwei dieser stative seit über einem jahr im täglichen einsatz. hier die vorteile in stichpunkten:

- kein plastik, alles aus metall und somit robust auch bei der nutzung durch grobmotoriker
- absolute standsicherheit durch grosse standfläche inkl. höhenausgleichsmöglichkeit
- kurbel für den transport anklappbar und arritierbar, somit besteht beim transport nicht die gefahr der beschädigung
- flexible nutzungmöglichkeiten für diverse zapfen, zubehör etc., wenn man noch anderes manfrottomaterial nutz, kann man sich problemlos galgen, quertraversen usw. bauen, die absolut sicher stehen

das gewicht wird mit 21 kg angegeben...beim transport sind es aber locker gefühlte 35 kg. zugegeben, man schleppt sich ganz schön ab mit den stativen, aber dafür vertraut man einem so massivem stativ gerne teure lichttechnik in luftiger höhe an...und man hat auch weniger angst vor personenschäden durch umstürzende aufbauten, was haftungstechnisch auch kein zu vernachlässigender faktor ist.

fazit: wer einmal mit den stativen gearbeitet hat, will nichts anderes mehr!
