Warning! This pedal is 100% professional and sounds unbelievably good. It does more than you expect from a tremolo pedal. It can recreate the classic tremolo sound of a Vox amplifier, of an old Fender or a DeArmond amp. From helicopter to Ring modulation and even psychedelic sounds with the Ramp up waveform. I had a few tremolo pedals before and none of them tops this one. This is the most versatile tremolo pedal out on the market. The most common problem I had with tremolo pedals, is that once you engage it, the volume level drops. The Jack Rabbit has a Volume knob which controls the output level from +0dB to +14dB. Mine is at 8 o?clock and it boosts my level, but just enough to make it pop out of the mix. Also has a Depth knob that controls the depth of the tremolo effect. It has an impressive range. I use it at 2o?clock for that dramatic sound. The Waveform control selects the modulation waveform: Sine, Square, Triangle, Reverse Ramp, and Ramp. The Rate knob controls the speed of the tremolo effect, from 1Hz to 20Hz. But the best features of this pedal are the Tap Tempo and Strum Tempo functions. I use the Tap Tempo function because I?m used to kick the tempo on my delay pedal. It can be remote controlled via the FxLink jack. And finally the tiny Subdivision switch, which Is a very useful function for me. I?m always switched on the quarter note triplet. I do the same on my delay. This pedal fulfills every expectation I have. It looks good, sounds good, it?s small, built like a tank, analog, True Bypass. You can?t go wrong with the Suhr Jack Rabbit.
