Good sound for little cost

I had some doubt when deciding for this pickup, but after installing it on my violin, i can honestly say i am positively surprised. Of course it's not a professional piece of equipment, but for a amateur use it's more than enough. The sound is bright, clear, and there is no anoying feedback. At first i was disturbed by all the small scratches and noises it picked up, but after putting some dampers over the strings, the sound was pefect. I'd reccomend this pickup to anyone who wants to try and expand the use of a regular violin for home use, or smaller concerts. It's definately worth it's money.

Ein unkomplizierte Möglichkeit eine Geige abzunehmen

Wir haben bei uns im Rockorchester vier Streicherinnen, die wir mit den SH SV1 ausgestattet haben. Zuerst haben wir nicht wirklich dran geglaubt, dass man mit einem Tonabnehmer für so wenig Geld ne Geige ordentlich abnehmen kann,

ABER:
Der Tonabnehmer war schnell angebracht. Kabel rein, an die PA und mal los. Toll was da zum Vorschein kam. Die Geige klingt nach Geige und man hört sie auch noch, wenn daneben Drums, drei Gitarren und ein Chor schmettern. Klar, jeder klassische Violinist würde sagen, dass die geige ihr schönes Obertonverhalten verliert und insgesamt elektrischer klingt, aber dafür ist sie laut und geht bei einer Rockband nicht unter.

Feedbackverhalten ist ebenfalls toll. Wir haben keinerlei Probleme die vier Streichermädels auf den Monitoren laut zu drehen.

Also, insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Pickup. Da wir bisher zwei neu bestellen mußten, da uns die Kabel gebrochen sind, gibt es einen Punkt Abzug...sind aber auch viel im Einsatz.

Visualmente queda bien en el violín, incluso le da un toque más "cool" y moderno.
El sonido es muy bueno, pudiendo conectar cualquier cable jack que tengamos y adaptándose perfectamente.
La localización no resulta molesta a la hora de hacer sonar tu instrumento y tampoco el cable que pongamos a no ser que sea muy pesado.
Lo único es que en ocasiones se puede despegar un poco, sobretodo si se realizan movimientos bruscos por ejemplo en los directos, pero aún así se mantiene y yo no he tenido problema alguno en ningún espectáculo.
Producto muy recomendable para personas que quieran amplificar su instrumento de forma barata y segura.

Rapport qualité prix imbattable pour amplifier un violon

Avec une autre violoniste, nous avons acheté 2 micros de ce type. Le résultat pour les 2 est très différent, sans doute parce que la fente dans le chevalet (côté graves) n'est pas la même sur nos 2 violons.

Le mien demande une surépaisseur en papier pour avoir une bonne pression, et aussi un equalizing agressif pour couper les aigües. Il faut aussi une forte amplification, ce qui entraîne un rumble dans les graves assez invasif.

L'idéal est de passer par un equalizer au moins 7 bandes pour corriger tout cela, et faire préampli en même temps.

Néanmoins, ce capteur fait jeu égal avec mon ancien capteur, voire mieux: il demandait les mêmes correctifs, en étant 5 x plus cher...
