I've ordered this amp head from Thomann a few weeks ago. Since then, I'm playing with it much and it staisfies my needs. I'm mostly a bedroom player nowadays and the Randall RD 20H has a really good master volume so I don't need any attenuator to use it on bedroom levels. At low volume it can give decent tones both clean and high gain.
The handling is quite simple, just as the user's manual you get with it.
Features only four star for me, because I would really appreciated if the amp has a built in reverb. But in other ways it has all, what you may need.
I'm using the head with celestion v30's and it gives good sounds for me. The cleans are nice and ringing, on higher levels they can break up easily (although I found it good crunch if it's needed) of course, but it could be controlled with your guitar and the amp channel gain... The Dist, channel has a good punch and maybe a little better for "classic" metal tones f.e. Accept but in a drop C tuning I could get good THCP tone from it for example.
Summary: it's a killer good amp in it's price range, I would highly recommnd it rather than Blackstar HT or anything similar.
In my opinion it the best I could take for the price. Has everything you will need for a tube amp. I'm very happy with my choice. I'm using it with David Laboga Pro cabinet 2X12. The sound is just amazing. Easy handling, you can feel quality not just in sound but how it is made too. Sound also is huge and it is perfect for rehearsals, for home recording studio, even for concerts if you mic it with microphone.
