I use these in 1U housings, for pro fader starts in a radio environment, and for 1 or 2U front plates for D-holes. And I build them in cable trays for audio, or other purposes. Neutrik quality of course, so great chassis.
All of the tolerances are spot on. I have a few of these mounted in a few different face plates and it doesn't wobble. The connections on the back are a little bit on the small side, but they fit 4.8mm locking crimps very tightly for a secure connection. However, if you are not confident at soldering, I would highly recommend the Neutrik NL4 MP-ST instead.
Very good connector for your speakon cables, perfect fit with the Adam Hall D-type socket dish. Personally, i found the 4 soldering pins on this connector a little small and hard to solder if you are using a bigger/stronger cable for your speakers, but a good and quality connector overall. Thumbs up for Neutrik!
