High end midi controller, with not so high end finish

Whats most imporatant that keys are excelent. I try to compare it to another piano, grand piano and what S88 have is even better with touch. What is striking is some strange noises on few keys, plastic finish of case - take a look on Arturia high end model it's night and day. But I'm NI VST attached so from this point of view it was good choice. Not best ;)

I have chosen the best midi keyboard and I am satisfied.

I love playing and composing music on a quality hammer-action keyboard. Therefore, when choosing a midi keyboard, I considered options based on Fatar keybed. The keyboard is made of a very high quality, all keys have the same elasticity when pressed and there is no horizontal backlash, as, for example, in the Korg keyboards. The faders have excellent rotational viscosity, which helps in smoother adjustments. Well, a huge advantage is in the hardware and software native support for NI libraries. I got a great tool and a great positive experience!

Great keyboard if you use Native instruments

Great Keyboard, feels great and has all the features i need. however i do not recommend if you don't use native instruments as a lot of the functionality is reliant on komplete kontrol.

Also i have one sticky key on the keyboard which can be a bit annoying.

The combination of Complete Ultimate 12 (just now became 13) with the S88 Komplete Kontrol keyboard is unbelievably integrated and user-friendly. Speeds up the workflow massively partly because of the integration with my Logic (and Ableton and other DAW's) Maximum +++
